CAI FLEMING
͕
By the age of 2, Cai Fleming was reading the news-
paper to family and friends. Intellectually, academ-
ically, and verbally, Cai showed advanced skills at an
early age. Passing time with theater, video games and
friends, Cai landed several cabaret shows, exhibiting
his comedic skills this past year in gender equality
with fairness for all. Cai is an animal lover especially
of his cats Bear and Violet. His roots are deep here
in the Florence community with 12 years at Siuslaw,
just like his father and grandmother. Proud to be a
part of Cai’s world, his family will miss him when he
heads to college winter term in Portland.

initial demand for ser-
vices may have subsided.
“Our first priority is
the people who were un-
able to get the services
we can do only in-per-
son, such as replace a
lost driver license or
ID, issuing commercial
driver licenses, knowl-
edge tests and reinstating
driving privileges,” DMV
Administrator Tom Mc-
Clellan said. “Please be
patient and expect longer
than normal wait times
on the phone and for an
available appointment.
“If you can wait to re-
new until later in the
summer, please consider
