Seth Wells
On Dec. 27, at approxi-
mately 6:30 p.m., Florence
Police, assisted by Oregon
State Police, responded
to a possible shooting at
2180 52nd St. in Florence.
Upon arrival, it was dis-
covered that Seth Wells,
20, had shot his brother,
Andrew Terry, 30, twice
with a .22 rifle and had
fled from the residence.
Terry was transported
to Peace Harbor Hospital
by Western Lane Ambu-
lance and is expected to
survive.
Florence Police and Or-
egon State Police searched
the area for Wells but were
unable to locate him.
At approximately 4:20
a.m. on Dec. 28, Wells
came to the Florence Po-
lice Dept and turned him-
self in.
Wells was placed un-
der arrest, lodged in the
POLICE LOG
Dec. 20
• Dispute was reported
on the 500 block of Ninth
Street.
• Hit-and-run accident
was reported on the 4700
block of Highway 101.
• Hit-and-run accident
was reported on the 2000
block of Highway 101.
