lic hearing at 5:30 P.M.
on December 16, 2019,
in the Council Cham-
bers, 250 Hwy 101, to
hear and consider the
following matter:
The completed im-
provements for the san-
itary sewer reimburse-
ment district, consisting
of 1,498 linear feet of
12-inch sewer main and
associated manholes,
and service extensions.
The
improvements
are located along the
east side of Highway
101 between the 52nd
St. sewer pump sta-
tion and Heceta Beach
Rd.
The fi nal total
cost for the improve-
ments is $432,425. The
City’s contribution is
$194,425 of the asso-
ciated costs with the
benefi tting
property
owners total costs to
$238,000.
The proposed assess-
ments are based on cost
of the improvements
and the amount of par-
cel street frontage. The
property owners share
of the project total costs
are $238,000 divided by
the Hwy 101 assess-
ment frontage of 1,498
lineal feet which equals
$158.88 assessment per
foot of frontage along
Hwy 101. For properties
that have not already
entered into ‘Advance
Financing Agreement’
or an ‘Annexation/De-
