The following letters of thanks were created by students
at Mapleton and Siuslaw elementary schools. We thank
them for providing their wonderful insight into one of
America’s favorite holidays.

I am thankful for my mom. She works
hard for food and drinks. We are a family
and I love my family. Homes are expen-
sive but we work day after day. Every
day we get up at 7:00. On weekends we
get up when ever we want. I do not hate
anything.
