Siuslaw had other ideas, instead playing spoiler to Elmira’s post-season hopes by landing the Falcons for a 4-1 upset victory. “I cant express how proud I am of the men tonight,” said Siuslaw coach Tom Shinn, follow- ing Tuesday’s win. “They played hard and executed very well defensively.” See Lady Viks fall to Falcons, finish season EHS: 002 502 3 — 12 14 0 SHS: 001 000 0 — 1 3 8 Tide Tables Entrance Siuslaw River High Tide Low Tide May 11 5:03am / 6.5 7:11pm / 6.0 12:16pm / -0.3 VIKS 4B NED HICKSON/SIUSLAW NEWS Siuslaw junior pitcher Nina Aaron went 2-for3 with a double during Tuesday’s match-up with Elmira.
