he next Florence Green Movie, sponsored by
Siuslaw News and City Lights Cinemas, is “Divide
in Concord,” playing twice at the cinema on Tuesday,
Dec. 11. Detailing the struggle of a town trying to
ban plastic water bottle use, “Divide in Concord”
follows Concord, Mass., residents as they engage in
debate, involve their neighbors and ultimately work
to lessen the impact of plastic waste. Tickets are free
to both the 12:30 and 6:30 p.m. showings, but they
must be picked up ahead of time at City Lights
Cinemas, 1930 Highway 101.
