Catherine Marie Williamson to
William and Aletha William-
son in Hill City S.D., on Sept.
9, 1952, Katy traveled the west-
ern states
with
her
parents,
settling
in
Elma,
Wa s h . ,
where she
finished
school. Af-
ter moving
Catherine
to Oregon,
Williamson
she spent
the last 18
years of her
life retired and living in Flor-
ence.
Katy left us and went to be
with her mother, father, sister
Janice and brother Billy on
June 24, 2018, after a short bat-
tle with cancer.
She leaves behind sisters
Elizabeth and Mary; nieces
Teresa and Sherry; nephews
Michael, Jeff and Bruce; grand-
nephews Paul, Todd, Zachary
and great-grandnephew Tuck-
er; her life partner Tex, who all
love and miss her very much.
Katy loved to travel, see new
places and meet new people.
She loved the outdoors; a drive
up into the mountains looking
for firewood and wildflow-
ers; taking care of the flowers
in her yard; sitting by the fire
at night and talking with her
birds, raccoons and an occa-
sional bear, usually with one of
her cats purring on her lap.
She loved all the friends
she had. With her quick wit
and pretty smile, Katy always
brought a laugh and a smile
from all those around her.
Katy will be laid to rest July
16, in Williams, Calif., Ceme-
tery, right next to her mother,
whom she loved very much.
Rest in peace, my love.
