Ordinance No. 3, Series 2018 – An Ordinance assigning

Sealed bids for Siuslaw Public Library Re-Roof Project,
will be received from qualifi ed bidders at the Siuslaw Public
Library, Attn: Meg Spencer, Library Director, 1460 9th Street,
Florence, Oregon 97439, until the bid closing time of 2:00 P.M.
Pacifi c Time, Thursday, April 26, 2018. The actual bid opening
shall be conducted in the Siuslaw Public Library Conference
Room immediately following the bid closing time at which
time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Work on this project includes roofi ng removal and re-
placement including weather barrier, fl ashing, and other
work as described in the Contract Documents. Roofi ng shall
be asphalt shingles (Bid Schedule A) or metal roofi ng (Bid
Schedule B).
Construction Documents for this work may be examined
at the Offi ce of the Architect, HGE INC., Architects, Engineers
& Planners, 333 South 4th Street, Coos Bay, Oregon, phone:

A PUBLIC MEETING OF THE Budget Committee of the
Siuslaw School District, Lane County, State of Oregon, to dis-
cuss the budget for the fi scal year July 1, 2018 to June 30,
