A special meeting followed by an executive session, then
a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Central
Lincoln PUD will be held on December 13th at the Wald-
port City Hall located at 125 Alsea Hwy. The special meet-
ing will be held at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of interviewing
potential candidates for Central Lincoln’s Subdivision #2
board position. An executive session will begin at 9:45 a.m.
in accordance with ORS 192.660(2)(e) “To conduct delibera-
tions with persons designated by the governing body to
negotiate real property transactions”. The regular meeting of
the Board will begin at 10:00 a.m., during which the Board
will consider a resolution regarding stipend adjustments,
a contract award request to purchase a bucket truck and a
contract award request for next year’s auditor. An electric
vehicle strategy will also be presented as well as discussion
about Central Lincoln’s mission, vision & values. The Board
will select Oregon PUD Association delegates; and conduct
