He was a loving husband,
father, brother, son, teacher and
friend.
A service for remembrance
will be held Saturday, Nov. 11,
at the Lions Club Building,
88148 Riverview Ave., in
Mapleton.
Doors will open at 11 a.m.
with the service to begin at
11:30 a.m. The service will be
open for sharing memories of
the ways in which Wesley
touched the lives of people he
knew.
Also, the family would
appreciate written memories
about your experiences with
Wesley.

Born March 27, 1944, in
Newburyport Mass., Bob was a
carpenter and electrician by
trade, until forming his own
weed abatement business in
Southern California.
After retiring to the Oregon
coast to become a caregiver for
his elderly parents, he found
great joy in his fishing boat and
his rescued St. Bernard, Pup.
Now we know he’s happy
riding the fastest dirt bike, raft-
ing the highest wave, spelunk-
ing the darkest cave, walking
the highest girder, diving the
deepest ocean ravine, setting
up the most complex computer
ever and enjoying every minute
of his new life.
We know this for certain
because that’s the way Bob
always handled things here on

ence and help contribute to the
goals and objectives of the City

Coyle; his sister Melissa; niece
Julie and all his many rescued
creatures.
Missing him here, he leaves
his brother Pete; his sister
Susan and her husband Gary
Streit; his best friend David
Russell; many nieces and
nephews; and his big girl, Pup.
Thanks so much for being a
part of our lives, Bob.
You added love, color,
excitement and strength, and
hopefully we are all making
you proud — for now we truly
realize that you were definitely
the smart one.

Kristin Nelson and John
Buchanan were married Oct.
21, 2017, in the home of the
bride’s parents in Florence.
Kristin is the daughter of
Jack and Nancy Nelson of
Florence; John is the son of
Marie Blanchard and the late
Frank Blanchard, both of
Boise, Idaho.
The bride and groom both
work in the computer technol-
ogy business and reside in
Boise. For their honeymoon,
they travelled to Puerto
Vallarta, Mexico.
