Paredes and his family
moved to Florence in 2004.
They raised two of their chil-
dren (Linda and Caleb) in
Florence. Paredes’ wife, Lydia,
is a flight attendant for
SkyWest Airlines.
Parades’ hobbies include
baseball and broadcasting high
school sports on local KCST
radio. Prior to real estate, he
spent 30 years as a pastor.
“I’m excited to serve this
wonderful community and help
buyers and sellers achieve their
real estate goals,” Parades said.
Flescher
relocated
to
Florence this past year with her
husband and family. Her real
estate career began at Keller
Williams in Corvallis. As a
Christian wife and mother,
Flescher said she enjoys serv-
ing families in her community,
and helping her clients achieve
their real estate dreams quickly,
with as little fuss as possible.
“I seek to find fun and
enjoyment in every situation,
and apply the same sense of
wonder to my real estate pro-
fession,” said Flescher.
Flescher has experienced
sales in many different genres,
but settled on real estate for its
diversity and constant chal-
lenges. In her real estate career,
she has assisted with a wide
range of clients including
investors, families, first-time
home buyers and trusts.

announced the addition of three
real estate brokers, Alva
Bracey, Dani Flescher and
Randy Paredes.
“We are thrilled to have
these three brokers join our
staff,” said owner Andy
Johnson. “Each brings a unique
skill set and attributes that will
enhance our firm for many
years to come.”
Bracey brings some unique
skill sets to the Coldwell
Banker Coast Real Estate fam-
ily. She was previously
employed in sales management
at Symantec and AT&T. Bracey
brings a wealth of customer
service and sales knowledge to
her broker position.
“Real estate is after all a peo-
ple-based, relationship-driven
business, and Alva is poised
and ready for a stellar real
estate career,” Johnson said.
Bracey said she loves to
spend her free time with her
whole family. She has been
married to her hsuband, Kevin,

The festival will once again
screen at City Lights Cinemas,
1930 Highway 101 in Florence.
This year’s offering is a special
matinee screening, Sunday,
Oct. 15, at 2:30 p.m., and fea-
tures Program B of the festival,
“In Between Us,” five shorts
about the unexpected bonds
that bring people together.
The screening will be fol-
lowed by a Q&A discussion
with festival director, and
Oregon Coast native, Michael
Harrington.
Tickets are $9.50 for regular
admission, $8.50 for senior,
students and military, and
$6.50 for City Lights members.
Wandering Reel is a travel-
ing short film festival with a
focus on bringing meaningful
films to communities with lim-
ited or no access to compas-
sionate,
thought-provoking
cinema.
This year, the festival fea-
tures 22 short films from 12
different countries around the
world, divided into four differ-
ent thought-provoking pro-
grams.
Each of the programs has
been curated to stir the view-
er’s conscious and hopefully
inspire action around a wide
range of issues.
