The Oregon Health Authority-Drinking Water Services has
determined that the proposed drinking water system im-
provements for South Coast Water District PWS ID #4100302
(Project # SD-2016-131) conforms to the criteria and require-
ments of the Oregon Administrative Rules 333-061-0063 and
the supporting guidance manual( Environmental Review
Process Handbook). The project, which includes connecting
to an existing intake on Woahink Lake, relocating the treat-
ment plant, storage tank repair/replacement and transmis-
sion/ waterline installation, is therefore excluded from further
environmental review as allowed in the above referenced
rules. A copy of the Categorical Exclusion and information
