Nhance Wood Renewal
Our customers can be
described this way: they
are unhappy with the
current look of their cab-
inets either due to them
looking outdated or
worn. They don’t want to
do a full remodel due to
budget and/or disruption.
They are shocked by the
cost of replacing with
quality cabinetry or re-
facing with quality
doors. They want their
cabinets to look better,
more
contemporary,
cleaner, and as like new
as possible, and have
some money left in the
budget for other things.
Nhance Revolutionary
Wood Renewal was born over
15 years ago, and has gradually
expanded to become the largest,
most successful wood renewal
business in the country. The suc-
cess of our process is due to the
unique needs that we meet for
our customers. The Nhance
process is designed to refinish
existing wood surfaces without
traditional methods that are
messy, disruptive, caustic and
sometimes ineffective.
With Nhance Revolutionary
Wood Renewal, the customer
has the choice of either renew-
ing their cabinets to get them to
be “as new” as possible or the
customer may choose to change
the color entirely. The customer
can choose to go darker wood-
tone and maintain the look of
the grain or choose an opaque
color, such as white, cream,
gray, black, ect., which will hide
the color of the grain.
Nhance does NOT use paint.
There is no lacquer, acrylic or
latex products used. Paint grade
products are not reliable in their
wearability nor are they easy to
clean. The NHance process pro-
vides our customers with a fac-
tory grade finish using the most
researched, most developed
poly-urethane finishes avail-
able.
A basic renewal (no
color change) usually
takes one day to com-
plete and a full color
change can take a week
or longer depending on
the amount of cabinetry.
So, how much does it
cost? That depends on
the service that the cus-
tomer chooses and the
size and scope of the
kitchen.
A
basic
Renewal for a modest
sized kitchen averages
$1,200 to $1,500 and a
full color change for the
same size kitchen will
average
$3,800
to
$5,000. Again, these are
averages and there are several
things that can impact the
investment. Typically, our cost
is about 1/2 to 3/4 the cost of re-
facing, and much, much less
than replacing cabinets.

C James Nursery specializes
in Down Under Pots, an inno-
vative way to display the beau-
ty of your favorite plants.
Designed to hang, the Down
Under Pot allows your plants to
grow from the bottom of the
pot.
One of the design features of
the Down Under Pot is an inter-
nal reservoir, at the base of the
pot. The reservoir catches water
where the root system is devel-
oping, thus feeding the plant
and providing the root system
with a wall upon which to
anchor. It’s a simple process to
plant.
Start the normal way, with
the pot full of “soil” and the
plant at the top. Allow the pot to
remain in this “normal” posi-
tion until you are satisfied that
the plant is established. Then
invert the pot and hang it using
the wire, which is already fitted
to the pot for the purpose. The
plant has established its root
system and is now growing in
the potting mix in the Down
Under Pot.
It is the design of the pot and
the established root system of
the plant that keep both the
plant and the potting mix from
falling out.
When the pot is in the initial
position, sit it in a shallow con-
tainer to keep the potting mix
moist while the plant establish-
es. Once the pot has been
inverted and is hanging in posi-
tion, water and fertilize through
the top of the pot.
We have four sizes and 20
colors of Down Under Pots in
addition to eight different col-
ors of Martha Washington gera-
niums, herbs, succulent and
other plants to be potted for a
small fee.
If you have a Down Under
Pot, clean it out, bring your
coconut fiber and we’ll repot it
for you. Stop by our booth to
