DANIELSON—Suzanne
Evelyn Danielson, 73, died
peacefully at home in
Florence,
after a brief
battle with
cancer.
She was
born
in
Chicago,
Ill., to John
Safran and
Jeanette
Suzanne
B e l l e
Danielson
Secker.
She received her bachelor’s
degree in Early Childhood
Education and, after one year
of teaching, chose to use it as a
homemaker who raised nine
children with her husband,
Leif Danielson.
She continued to provide
love, wisdom, guidance and
friendship to her children
throughout her life, as well as
love and attention to her many
grandchildren.
In their later years, she and
her husband took up kayaking
and bicycling around the local
area. They enjoyed daily trips
to local lakes and parks and
were often seen working
towards their goal of eradicat-
ing invasive Scotch broom
from their favorite nature sites.
She is survived by her hus-
band, Leif; her nine children:
Seth, Jared, Sarah, Mark,
Deborah, Mary, Aaron, Thad
and Ammon; her sisters: Joan
and Jeanica; her brother, John;
and loving relatives and
friends.
Sue requested a private fam-
ily burial and services. She
will be dearly missed.
The family wishes to thank
Peace Harbor Hospice and
Lincare for their kindness,
compassion and support dur-
ing her final days.

Training Officer and
acted in the capacity as a shift
supervisor when needed.
