the Financial Impact Report of the City of Florence Urban Re-
newal Agency, prepared pursuant to ORS 457.460. Copies of

In fiscal year 2015-16 the Agency’s total expenditures ex-
ceeded revenues by $500,668. Expenditures were made for
contracted city services, debt service, and programs. For fiscal
year 2016-17, the Agency’s budget totals $2,301,419, which
includes contingency of $624,319, which if unspent provides
an ending fund balance of $624,319.
The Agency uses property taxes received through the di-
vision-of-taxes method to finance various urban renewal
projects and activities. Property taxes received totaled
$327,875 in fiscal year 2015-16 and are budgeted at $363,600
in fiscal year 2016-17.
