BANDON – The Sprague Theater is the
place to be this Valentine’s Day for a
unique interactive art, music and dance
experience when Bandon Showcase pres-
ents Artrageous.
This family-friendly show will begin at
7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, at the Sprague,
located at 1202 11th St. SW.
Imagine an artist creating a masterpiece
before your eyes in mere moments. With a
palette that also mixes captivating vocals,
intricate choreography and exciting audi-
ence interaction, Artrageous takes you on a
unique visual journey packed with wild
inspiration, creativity and fun.
Giant artworks jump to life with amaz-
ing speed, unveiling larger-than-life icons
and masterpieces in just moments. All the
while there is constant activity on stage,
attracting your attention and delighting
your senses with energy, spirit and action.
The Artrageous troupe of 16 artists,
musicians, singers and dancers pay tribute
to a variety of art forms, pop icons and
musical genres, culminating in a gallery of
fabulous finished paintings.
A total of eight portraits will be com-
pleted during the performance. Seven of
those will be given to Bandon Showcase to
raffle to guests. Raffle tickets will be sold
at intermission in the lobby and in the the-
ater for $5 each, and the winning tickets
will be drawn by the artists at the end of
the show.
The signature of the Artrageous Troupe
is interaction and engagement, so be pre-
pared to be invited to be a part of the show.
The Artrageous cast will also be passing
out props prior to the show for use during
the performance.
Make it an evening and have dinner in
one of Bandon’s fine restaurants, then
head to the Sprague Theater with your
sweetheart for an unforgettable show. And
you won’t even have to buy the choco-
lates! Coastal Mist will feature compli-
mentary specialty desserts and Edgewaters
will provide complimentary wine, along
with Bandon Showcase’s signature cook-
ies and punch during intermission.

of the bunch with awards

“Best Display.” Attendees
vote for the “People’s
Choice” a-ward recipient.
Capacity is limited at this
popular, sell-out event.

refreshment is provided by
