Known as Florence’s original real estate company, Coast Real Estate is celebrating a big milestone –
60 Years in Business. We are proud of our heritage here at Coast, having been part of the communi-
ty for 6 decades. The early years involved construction, many new homes around the area and devel-
opment (partnering in Greentrees and Coast Village Communities) which paved the way for a long-
standing community partnership. Current owner, Andy Johnson (since 2000) is a 24 year veteran at
the firm. Andy is particularly proud to lead the team at Coast and provide tools for success and inno-
vation for many years to come.

Come see our freshly remodeled office…We recently installed all new flooring and bathroom fixtures. We’ve
re-painted and re-purposed artwork and decor and added craftsman-style furniture in our conference room.
