Holiday arts, crafts fest in Yachats

YACHATS — The 19th Annual Harvest and
Holidays Arts and Crafts Festival by Crafts on
the Coast will feature more than 70 exhibitors
this year.
The festival will take place inside Yachats
Commons, 441 Highway 101, in Yachats on
Saturday, Nov. 5, and Sunday, Nov. 6, from 10
a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
There is no admission charge to this annual
family-friendly event.

Thanksgiving dinner?
The Friends of Florence
Events Center have just the
answer: another Wallflowers
and Wine event with talented
instructor John Leasure!
This will be held on Saturday,
Nov. 26, at 6:30 p.m., in the
Backstage area at the FEC.
These events have gotten rave
reviews, and even if you have
never painted before, you will
leave with a fantastic painting.
The subject in November will
be lovely roses.
The timing of this class is
great, also, as you may just cre-
ate the perfect gift to give to that
special someone for Christmas.
The cost is $45, which includes
all supplies, a glass of wine, and
appetizers.
