Cropper pleaded guilty to
theft. She was sentenced to
seven days in Florence City
Jail. She must pay $494 in
fines and not contact or be in

victim.
Kyle Thomas Bronleewe
pleaded guilty to criminal
mischief and theft of servic-
es. He was sentenced to
seven days in Florence City
Jail. He must pay $600 in
fines and not contact or be in
or about the premises or
places of employment of the
victims.
Byron Leroy Barnett
pleaded guilty to criminal
trespass. He must report to
AMP and pay $50 in fines.
Permits
required for
outdoor burning
Siuslaw Valley Fire and
Rescue announced that out-
door burning will be allowed
starting Saturday, Oct. 15.
Last year, Siuslaw Valley
adopted the Oregon Fire
Code and now requires a per-
mitting process for open
burning.
Burn permits are now
available to the public for
those that live outside of the
city limits.
There is no open burning
allowed in the Florence City
limits.
All open burns will require
a burn permit. The burn per-
mits are valid for the entire
burn season. Each permit has
information on what can be
burned and who to call to
confirm each appropriate
burn day. Permits are avail-
able online at www.svfr.org
and at the main fire station at
2625 Highway 101.

Lane County’s 15 solid
waste transfer stations are now
operating on winter schedules.
New winter hours in
