Thomas Jacob Debban
pleaded guilty to DUII. He
was sentenced to nine days in
Florence City Jail and must
report to treatment. He must
pay $2,095 in fines and his
driver’s license is suspended
for one year.
Windie Adolphena Rand
pleaded guilty to a misde-
meanor for driving with a sus-
pended driver’s license. She
was sentenced to four days in
Florence City Jail. She must
pay $1,375 in fines.
Miranda Michelle Mitchell
pleaded no contest to theft.
She was sentenced to two days
in Florence City Jail. She must
pay $725 in fines and not con-
tact or be in or about the prem-
ises or place of employment of
the victim.
Phaedra L. Lyne pleaded
guilty to initiating a false
report. She must pay $250 in
fines.
Roxanne Chaix Osborn
pleaded guilty to attempted
possession of methampheta-
mine. She must pay $714 and
report to treatment.
James Roderick Travis
pleaded guilty to disorderly
conduct. He must pay $200 in
fines and not contact or be in
or about the residence or place
of employment of the victim.
Jennifer Jo Dillon pleaded
guilty to DUII. She was sen-
tenced to three days in
Florence City Jail and must
report to treatment. She must
pay $2,430 in fines and her
driver’s license is suspended
for one year.
Dunes City Planning seeks applicants for Citizen Advisory Committee
DUNES CITY — Dunes
City Planning Commission is
seeking applicants for appoint-
ment to a Citizen Advisory
Committee (CAC).
CAC will provide a recom-
mendation
on
proposed
changes to Dunes City’s
Zoning and Development Code
(Chapter 155, Sections 155.1,
155.2 and 155.3).
Applicants must complete an
Application for Appointive
Office form available at Dunes
City Hall or from the City’s
website at dunescityhall.com.
Applications may be mailed
or delivered to Dunes City
Hall, 82877 Spruce St.,
Westlake, OR 97493, or
emailed to planning@dunes
cityor.com.
Applications
must
be
received by Dunes City Hall by
noon on Tuesday, Oct. 25.
Applicants should plan to
attend a public meeting of the
Dunes
City
Planning
Commission on Thursday,
Oct. 27, at 5 p.m., during
which appointments will be
made, details of the CAC’s
responsibilities will be provid-
ed and the CAC’s deadline for
completing its work will be
determined.
