elcome to the 17th Annual Relay For Life of
Florence! We are excited about this year’s
event and look forward to seeing new and
returning faces to walk the track and celebrate all we have
accomplished and remember those we have lost in this fight
against cancer.
Remember, we walk as a symbol of our unwavering effort
and hope to one day live in a world without cancer. One
day we will never have to hear the three words that strike
fear into the heart of everyone who has heard them: you
have cancer.
Each day, we gain more of the upper hand. And it is
because of dedicated individuals like you, fighting to finish
cancer once and for all.
What a privilege it has been to fight for the cure this year
with the event leadership team, our team captains, the team
members, our donors, our sponsors and our entire commu-
nity. You put Florence on the map year after year in this
worldwide battle, and we are honored to stand by you.
Thank you for making Florence and the world a better
place, by fighting with us. We are so very proud of each of
you.
