Sealed Bids for the 1st Street Storm Water Improve-
ment project for the City of Florence, Lane County, Oregon
(Owner). Will be received by the City Recorder or Recorder’s
designee at the City of Florence, 250 Hwy 101 North, Florence,

The work on this project is for public work. A brief descrip-
tion of the scope of work is provided below:
1st Street Storm Water Improvement Project – Base
Bid and Additive Alternate:
Furnishing all labor, equipment and materials as required
for the 1st Street Storm Water Improvement project consist-
ing of the construction and placement of approximately 730
lineal feet of new storm drain piping of various sizes along
with the construction and placement of 5 new manholes, sev-
eral catch basins, curb inlets, and an outfall structure as well
as the decommissioning and abandonment of designated
portions of the old and failing existing storm drain system,
testing of new system and other miscellaneous items to-
gether with landscape restoration all as required for a com-
plete installation 1st Street Storm Water Improvements.
