STATEMENT OF CHANGES IN ACTIVITIES and SOURCES OF
FINANCING
The City of Florence intends to draw the balance of a $7.0 million financing
authorized in fiscal year 2015-2016 ($4,025,351), plus an additional $3.3 million
in full faith and credit obligations to finance construction of assets in its water sys-
tem ($1.5 million), street system ($1.3 million), urban renewal ($3.7 million) and
a building facility for public works vehicles and equipment ($3.4 million).
Revenue from these programs will pay the debt service. The City debt issued on
behalf of the City’s urban renewal district (FURA) will be repaid by FURA.
