Known as Florence’s original real estate company, this year Coast Real Estate celebrates a big milestone – 60 Years
in Business. We are proud of our heritage here at Coast, having been part of the community for 6 decades. The early
years involved construction, many new homes around the area and development (partnering in Greentrees and
Coast Village Communities) which paved the way for a long-standing community partnership. Current owner,
Andy Johnson (since 2000) is a 24 year veteran at the firm. Andy is particularly proud to lead the team at Coast
and provide tools for success and innovation for many years to come.
