will be showing the new doc-
umentary “Fix It: Healthcare
at the Tipping Point,” in the
Bromley Room at the
Siuslaw Public Library, 1460
Ninth St., on Wednesday,
Feb. 24, at 7 p.m.
Cookies and tea will be
provided.
The one-hour documentary
will be followed by a friend-
ly discussion guided by an
HCAO representative.
“Brilliant. ... ‘Fix It’ is a
vital new addition to our
tools for reform of the U.S.
healthcare system ... Comm-
unicated in a nonpartisan
manner,” said Dr. Ed
Weisbart.
The film was conceived
and produced by Richard
Masters, the founder and
owner of MCS Industries, as
he grappled with relentless
annual cost increases to pro-
vide health insurance for his
employees.
He decided to tackle the
problem of healthcare using
his best business practices:
doing an in-depth analysis,
finding the right diagnosis
and then determining the fix.
“Fix It” is a result of his
journey to find a solution to
the
dysfunctional
U.S.
healthcare system.

Rhododendron Drive. FAHS staff recently spayed and neutered the kittens, which will be available soon.

lowship and worship to pre-
pare for Easter.
Tonight, Feb. 24, will be a
renewal of Baptismal vows;
March 2 will be a service of
healing and wholeness;
March 9 will be worship with
a more contemporary feel;
March 16 will be art and
music and March 23 will be a
traditional Seder meal.
