Home and Garden Show returns March 4-6

Indoor Yard Sale
The Indoor Yard Sale is
coming to the Florence
Events Center on April 2.
Applications to be part of
the Friends of the Florence
Events Center’s annual indoor
sale are available for nonprof-
it groups and individuals who
wish to rent a booth space to
display their goods.
For those who do not have
a garage, adequate parking or
hard to find locations, this is a
perfect solution to be part of
this huge sale. Single booths

Everything for your home,
from the roof to beneath the
foundation, can be found at the
20th annual Florence Home
and Garden Show coming up
Friday through Sunday, March
4, 5 and 6, at the Florence
Events Center.
More than 40 exhibitors will
offer information and products
that include cleaning the gut-
ters on your home and leveling
the foundation; keeping your
plumbing running freely and
efficiently; and even ways to
equip your kitchen and bath.
There will be entertaining
and decorating ideas on the
inside, and with Laurel Bay
Gardens’ centerpiece landscape
design, you’ll experience an
afternoon in Paris with the
“Marche de Jardin”… a French
garden market featuring local
jams, jellies, soaps and garden
décor perfect for outdoor enter-
taining.
Laurel Bay will also greet
show-goers at the front door
with their outdoor display of
bagged soils and bare root fruit
trees. Bamboo Dave will show-
and double spaces are avail-
able for a fee from $35 to $90
and there are discounts for
nonprofit groups.
Space will be available up
until Thursday, March 31, at 5
p.m., for any group or indi-
vidual to participate in the
sale.

offer a taste or two of what they
have to offer.
Show hours are from 2 to 6
p.m. on Friday, March 4; 10
a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday,
March 5; and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
on Sunday, March 6.
Admission is $2 for adults
and $1 for children 12 and
under. Admission is free from 4
to 6 p.m. on Saturday. Half-
price coupons will be available
next week at Bi-Mart.

Three Rivers Casino Resort
will host a community job fair
on Thursday, March 24, from
10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., in the
Casino’s Event Center.
The event will offer more
than 50 available positions
within the local community.
Admission is free and all
ages are welcome.

will have the ability to connect

(Employment Department). In
addition to job recruitment,
the event will feature volun-
teer opportunities.
