FRAA QUARTERLY MEETING

B OWLING GARAGE SALE TODAY
Today from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the
Siuslaw High School bowling teams
are holding their annual fundraising
garage sale. This is the program’s
final fundraiser of the year.
The “garage sale” will be held at
Holiday Bowl, 1710 27th St.
A truckload of firewood will go to
the highest bidder.

R EGISTER TO SING WITH CHORUS
At 6:30 p.m., registration for the
Community Chorus’ spring program
will take place at Cross Road Church
at 10th and Maple streets.
The first rehearsal will follow
immediately afterwards until 8:30
p.m. All singers from high school age
and older are welcome.

WLT ANNUAL BOARD MEETING
West Lane Translator, a not-for-
profit organization providing free tel-
evision and radio re-transmission to
the Florence area, will hold its annual
board meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the
Conference Room of the Siuslaw
Public Library in Florence.
WLT is also the license holder for
local non-commercial community
radio, KXCR, 90.7 FM. For more in-

There will be a quarterly members
meeting of the Florence Regional
Arts Alliance at the FRAA Art
Center, 120 Maple St. in Old Town.
Topics scheduled for discussion
will be a short business review as
well as a time for bringing new fund-
raising ideas for 2016 and beyond.
There will also be time set aside for
questions and answers.
All current members of FRAA are
encouraged to attend this important
meeting.

served.
