AGENCY FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2015
This notice is a summary of the information available in
the Financial Impact Report of the City of Florence Urban Re-
newal Agency, prepared pursuant to ORS 457.460. Copies of
the full report are available at the Finance Department – Flo-
rence City Hall, during regular business hours. For additional

The following schedule provides the financial impact of
carrying out the plan for the Urban Renewal District in the
preceding year, fiscal year 2014-15, for all the taxing districts
included under ORS 457.460.

In fiscal year 2014-15 the Agency’s total expenditures ex-
ceeded revenues by $30,929. Expenditures were made for
contracted city services, debt service, and programs. For fiscal
year, 2015-16, the Agency’s budget totals $4,484,956, which
includes contingency $1,074,250 and an ending fund bal-
ance of $76,079.
The Agency uses property taxes received through the di-
vision-of-taxes method to finance various urban renewal
projects and activities. Property taxes received totaled
$312,442 in fiscal year 2014-15 and are budgeted at $330,500
in fiscal year 2015-16.
