Members of the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Station Siuslaw
River tow this upturned boat upriver on Saturday, Jan. 9.
According to Senior Chief Tim Tregoning, the boat capsized in
shallow water and floated up and downriver. USCG towed it
to the Port of Siuslaw to remove a hazard to navigation.
