adoption of the following ordinances: Ordinance No. 12,
Series 2015 proposes to add and modify definitions and
establish the permitted buildings and use provisions for
marijuana production, processing, wholesaling, and
sales facilities. The specific amendments are
filed under CC 15 04 TA 01.
Ordinance No. 13, Series 2015 proposes to estab-
lish the permitted use provisions for the manufacture
and wholesaling of food and beverage items accompa-
nied by a retail and/or restaurant where those items are
sold. The specific amendments are filed under CC 15 07
