hold a public hearing at 7:00 PM
Resolution CC 15 06 APP 01 – Eastbank PUD to
accept testimony regarding the Planning Commission’s
decision (PC 15 18 PUD 02), a modification of a Final
Planned Unit Development Plan. Planning Commission
conditioned the approval on the provision of secondary
emergency vehicular ingress and egress onto Oak
Street and that decision is being appealed to City

4. DEFAULT. The Grantor or any other person obli-
gated on the Trust Deed and Promissory Note secured
thereby is in default and the Beneficiary seeks to fore-
close the Trust Deed for failure to pay: Monthly pay-
ment in the amount of $799.00 due February 1, 2015;
plus monthly payments at the new rate of $1,443.00
each, due the first of each month, for the months of
March 2015 through July 2015; plus late charges and
advances; plus any unpaid real property taxes or liens,
plus interest.
5. AMOUNT DUE. The amount due on the Note
which is secured by the Trust Deed referred to herein
is: Principal balance in the amount of $174,661.14;
plus interest at the rate of 6.50% per annum from Janu-
ary 1, 2015; plus late charges of $274.51; plus advan-
