Sealed Bids for the Siano Loop Storm Drain Im-
provement project for the City of Florence, Lane Coun-
ty, Oregon (Owner). Will be received by the City Re-
corder or Recorder’s designee at the City of Florence,
250 Hwy 101 North, Florence, Oregon 97439, until 2:00
p.m. (PST), August 27, 2015 Bids received after this
time will not be accepted.
Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immedi-
ately following the specified closing time. All interested
parties are invited to attend. Subcontractor declarations
must be submitted to the above mentioned City repre-
sentative no later than 4:00 p.m. (PST), August 27,
2015.
The work on this project is for public work. A brief
description of the scope of work is provided below:
Siano Loop Storm Drain Improvement Project –
Base Bid:
Furnishing all labor, equipment and materials as re-
quired for the Siano Loop Storm Drain Improvement
project consisting of the construction and placement of
approximately 350 lineal feet of new storm drain ditch-
ing along with the construction and placement of ap-
proximately 1100 lineal feet of new storm drain and
sanitary sewer piping of various sizes, as well as seven
(7) new manholes, several catch basins, concrete inlet
and outfall structures, the decommissioning and aban-
donment of designated portions of the old and failing
sanitary sewer and storm drain system, testing of new
facilities and other miscellaneous items together with
landscape restoration, all as required for a complete in-
stallation.

4. DEFAULT. The Grantor or any other person obli-

plus late charges and advances; plus any unpaid real
property taxes or liens, plus interest.
5. AMOUNT DUE. The amount due on the Note
which is secured by the Trust Deed referred to herein
is: Principal balance in the amount of $88,252.83; plus
interest at 6.7600% per annum from April 1, 2013; plus
late charges prior to May 30, 2013, of $239.68; plus ad-
vances and foreclosure attorney fees and costs.
6. SALE OF PROPERTY. The Trustee hereby
