Mayor Joe Henry will repre- sent the city instead. Siuslaw News regrets the error. Officers have been to the camp several times over the past week following leads on the Camp Florence escapee from earlier this month. While there, they made con- tact with Green and discovered that the U.S. Marshal Service had issued a bulletin on him as a fugitive from Idaho. He was then arrested. Green is on parole out of Idaho for robbery and posses- sion of a controlled substance. He was released from custody in June 2014 and was listed as a fugitive out of Idaho in September 2014.
