The Siuslaw Public Library district celebrated 100 years of
library service in the area at a Florence Area Chamber of Com-
merce “Business After Hours” on May 7. Live music, catering
by Mon Ami, photos with a giant library card and the chance to
mingle with librarians, Friends of the Library and chamber
members brought more than 250 people to the library.
