Office (LCSO) reported that
deputies
arrested a
Florence
man April
24 on 14
charges.

Gordon
LCSO re-
ceived a call at 10 a.m. that a
man was chasing a woman on
foot on Highway 101.
When sheriffs responded to
the call, they were unable to
find either the man or the
woman at their last known
location.
A police services lieutenant
began patrolling neighboring
areas a short time later and
observed a male and a female
in the Fred Meyer parking lot
matching the description given
to dispatchers.
Initial investigation indi-
cates that the female was

IMPOUNDMENT
assaulted by the male earlier
that day during a physical
attack, was cut with a knife
and was taken from her home
by Gordon.
According to LCSO, multi-
ple domestic violence inci-
dents reportedly occurred
between the female victim and
Gordon over the last five
months.
Gordon was taken into cus-
tody and lodged at the Lane
County Jail. He was released
Monday, April 27.
The charges against Gordon
include attempted murder,
assault, felon in possession of
a weapon, unlawful use of a
weapon, strangulation, menac-
ing and kidnapping.
This case is currently under
investigation.

David Ray Allen pleaded
guilty to menacing. He was
sentenced to 10 days in
Florence City Jail and must
report to Emergence Addiction
and Mental Health Services.
He must pay $475 in fines and
not contact or be in or about
the residence or place of
employment of the victim.
Corey Anthony Unger
pleaded guilty to criminal mis-
chief. He was sentenced to
five days in Florence City Jail.
He must pay $225 in fines.
John Ray Stockham pleaded
no contest to menacing. He
was sentenced to four days in
Florence City Jail and must
