SERIES 2015 – RON’S OIL ALLEY VACATION: An ap-
plication by Ron LaFranchi of Ron’s Oil Company re-
questing the vacation of an undeveloped alley between
15th and 16th Streets east of Highway 101. The alley
extends for the length of Block 23 of Plat of Gallagher’s
Part of the City of Florence (illustrated on the next
page). The applicant proposes that the City vacate and
sell this area to the abutting property owner in order to
propose a 24-hour convenience store in the future.
