Look for a date on the back of the alarm. If there is no date, your alarm is more than 10 years old and should be replaced. Correction OBITUARIES BANKS—Charles “Chuck” Banks, 84, formerly of Florence, passed away Feb. 24, 2015, in La Pine, Ore. A celebration of his life was held Feb. 28 at Baird Memorial Chapel in La Pine.
