Produced by the Old Town Committee for the Florence Area Chamber of Commerce, it is a program encouraging businesses in Old Town and the Antiques District to remain open until 8 p.m. the first Friday of each month. “Come to Historic Old Town and Antiques District to see what is happening on the street,” committee co-chair- woman Jenna Bartlett said. “It could be wine tasting, special discounts or listening to some music while shopping. “Whether you are celebrat- ing TGIF or doing a little shopping after dinner, you will find it all here.” Decorative window signs will identify those businesses who are committed to the effort.
