DUBRAY—Jackie Delynn
Dubray, 62, of Eugene, passed
away Jan. 5, 2015.
Jackie was
born July 20,
1952,

Caldwell,
Idaho,
to
Frieda and

She was a

the Florence area through her
work at State of Oregon Adult
and Family Services, as well
as the Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter-day Saints.
Jackie is survived by her
mother and stepfather, Frieda
and Fred Hewitt of Eugene;
her sons, Tim and Brian
Dubray of Florence; and her
brothers, Dennis and Doug of
Junction City.
Services in Eugene and
Florence are to be scheduled
for a later date.

pleaded no contest to fraud,
use of credit card and theft in
the second degree. She was
sentenced to 10 days in jail.
She also must pay $1,230 in
fines and not contact or be in
or about the residence or place
of employment of the victim.
McMillan also pleaded no
contest to theft in the second
degree. She was sentenced to
two days in jail. She also must
pay $525 in fines and not con-
tact or be in or about the place
of employment of the victim.
Forrest Luis Mendez-Lewis
pleaded no contest to criminal
trespass in the second degree
and attempted possession of
meth. He was sentenced to two
days in jail. He also must pay
$175 and not contact or be in
or about the place of employ-
ment of the victim.
Jan. 13
Nicholas Anthony Hasson
pleaded guilty to harassment,
criminal trespass of the first
degree and interference with
making a police report. He
was sentenced to five days in
jail and must report to
Emergence and Siuslaw
Batterer’s Intervention pro-
gram. He also must pay $775
in fines and not contact or be
in or about the residence or
place of employment of the
victim.
Kevin Andrew Yost plead-
ed guilty to disorderly conduct
in the second degree. He was
sentenced to six days in jail
and must report to White Bird
Clinic. He must pay $375 in
fines.

Holden is well known around
town as “Don with the feathers
in his hat.” He has never met a
stranger and has a genuine inter-
est in all people he meets.
Habitat to host volunteer
appreciation dinner Monday
The annual Habitat for
Humanity volunteer recogni-
tion potluck will be held
Monday, Jan. 19, from 6 to 8
p.m., at New Life Lutheran
Church, 2100 Spruce St.
All Habitat volunteers and
Habitat families are invited to
attend. This includes ReStore
volunteers and persons partici-
pating in home-repair projects.
Habitat will provide the
entree and beverages.
Last names beginning with:
A-G — are asked to bring a
side dish
H-N — are asked to bring a
salad
O-Z — are asked to bring a
dessert.
Come help celebrate the
volunteers who help Florence
Habitat for Humanity reach its
goal to provide safe and
affordable homes in our com-
munity, whether newly built or
repaired.
Holden eats his lunch regu-
larly at McDonald’s and is sur-
rounded by others who have
become a part of his daily life.
Sixteen of those friends sur-
prised him to celebrate this
milestone in his life. The
McDonald’s crew and managers
are very fond of Holden and
treat him like family.
