Theodore the Wolf Allowances for GIs' Dependents: Schedule Applies to All Grades Here is the table of family allowances which Uncle Sam has prepared for soldier dependents. The schedule applies to the depends of all grades of enlisted men. This includes first three graders with the exception of those who are still drawing a monetary allowance in lieu of quarters.
