Gordon II. McCoy, attended lec­ tures for one week on the cooking and conservation of meat. Don P. Tyler, a specialist who represents the National Livestock and Meat Board was the instruc­ tor. He placed special emphasis on meat cutting. As an instructor in the conserva­ tion program, Tyler has traveled thousands of miles and visited a score of camps.
