Happy Children.
As liouse-plants cannot flourish

Washington correspondent writes as
follows: I have recently met a Ken
tucky lady, Mrs. General Paul. She
is from Newport. General Paul had
both his eves shot out in battle. He

uniform, and would playfully repeat
the exclamations, he heard about the
beautiful flowers. His beautiful
