Mrs. Anderson died in Oakland, Calif., while under treat ment for cancer of the stomach. , llershel (Pat) Henderson, popu lar young college student, is among the men missing in the Butte mine whore the workers were entombed by a terrible explosion. He had only recently left Whitman college and gone to liutte to work a few days prior to enlisting in the army. The young man had been re-clocted this year to tho presi dency of ,the student body at Whit man.
