now pretty well cleaned up, thousands
of sacks having been sold earl y in tha
sesson. Recent purchases by S. A.
Barnes for the Pacific Coast Elevator
company aggregated about 10,000
sacka, and some 0000 sacks were
taken on by Frank Price, msnsger of
the Weston Warehouse Company.
Lata prices were around $34 and $35
per ton, so that th growers received
pretty substantial checks for their
holding.
