Of the whole amount 115,000 is to be
spent for piping the streets and the re
maining 15,000 for sewers. The bids
will be opened on April 4, and the
bonds will be sold to the highest ap
proved bidder. The bonds are to rnn
twenty years at six per cent interest.
They will be in denominations of $1,000
each and may be bid for separately or
all in one block. When the money is
secured the city will connect its water
system with the second Bull Run pipe
line, now being laid, and construct the
initial sewer as provided for.
