Good Fishing and Pleasant
Time.
In company with County Sur
veyor Heath a Gazette representa
tive visited the Blue mountains
this week.
At this time of year the trip is
a pleasant one. From Heppner
up over Heppner Flat and the up
per Eight Mile country the many
fields of growing wheat are pleasing
and there is a flattering prospect
for all crops.
In the vicinity of the prosper
ous town of Hardman crops are
mostly Bpring sown but are look
ing good. The town of Hardman
is snugly settled in & beautiful lo
cation. In looking down over the
town when entering from the hill
above the visitor is impressed with
Hardman's large and .handsome
school house. It would be a ored
it to a larger town and shows en
terprise on the part of progressive
citizens.
Everywhere now the mountains
present a cheerful and beautiful
appearance. Nature is now out
with all of her beauty. The grass
isreen and luxuriant and dotted
everywhere are countless numbers
of wild flowers in all colors.
Jlc the extreme southern part of
the county there is a body of yel
low pine timber that certainly
looks good to the timber lmd
looker, but it is now all etyler
deeded or within the limits of he
Heppner National Forest.
The fishing is excellent anl a
good catch of the speckled beau
ties was one of the rewards of a
pleosant trip.

the present service.

Any one can mix right at home the
best remedy of its kind known. The
name 'Cyclone' is given to the following

its promptness in drivtng from the

To prepare the mixture : Get from any
good pharmacy one bait ounce Fluid
Extract Dandelion, one ounce com

the eliminative tissues of the Kidneys
assisting them to filter and strain from
the blood and system all catarrhal
poisons, which, if not eradicated, are
absorbed by the mucuous membrane,
