"School boards shall admit free of
charge to the schools of their respective
districts all persons between the ages of
six and twenty-one whose parents or
guardians reside in such districts, at
the. time of making application for free
admittance to such schools; even
though Buch persons may have been, at

The jury returned a verdict of acci
dental death on the man who fell from
the window ledge on which he had fallen
asleep. But the death was really due to
