Mesonic Banquet.
Koyal Arch Chapter No. 20, gave a
grand banquet and love feast last Thurs
day eyen'mg. The affair was one of the
prominent social events of the season.
Nine candidates were initiated by the
lods as follows :

Moore, of Condon, John Whities, Dr.
Kistner, H. A. Emerson. Robert U.
Hart, W. B. Barratt, Milt Morgan, Wil
lard Blake.
The banquet was in charge of the
ladies of the Eaetern Mar and was
served at Koberts hall. There were
117 plates. The table decorations in
carnations and violets were must beau
tiful. At each plate there was a card
on which there was sn appropriate in
scription and a handsome little boqust
of violets.
Just before luncheun Miss Welch
sang a sweet solo. There were also in
strumental solos by differed members
of the orchestra.
The proceeds of the banquet will be
applied to the purchase of a new piano
for the Msson'c hall.
