more than 60 cents in every country but
our own.
All values would quickly adjust them
selves to this depreciated dollar and
would fluctuate with its changing valuo
in international exchange.
Government Currency.
The reason bank circulation baa been
decreasing through a term of years, and
why it it inelastic, remaining almost
without change from season to season,
is that the security for it is a deposit ot
government bonds. Tbe bank capital is
