k I THERE ARE JU ST TWO CLASSES-TH E SAVER AND THE SPENDER The spenders are all in one bunch-you know the type-always trying to buy a good time, always looking for some place to squander their small a- mount of cash on hand-and when each year rolls around they are no better off than they were a year before. There are two kinds of savers. Both are prudent. The one puts their money in the bank where it is safe and will earn a good rate of interest-the oth er looks around for a good investment for a place where to put their money where it is not only safe but will increase and produce in a very short time, two or three dollars for every one invested. To this latter class belong all successful men and women with but few exceptions. The Small investor does not have many oppor tunities to realize large profits. But There Is Just Now a most unusual opportun ity for the people of Dallas and vicinity to put a dollar where they will multiply rapidly. MILLERST the most exclusive residence section of Dallas, is that opportunity. Right in the section where Dallas has to grow lies this beautiful tract. Today you can buy a fine lot for $125.00 on easy terms. What will these lots be worth when streets are graded, sidewalks in, water mains laid, all of which we are going to do? What will they be worth in two or three, years when Dallas is double its pre size? We do not know-we only know you will never again be able to purchase at the present prices after July. They will ad vance ten per cent then. Join the throng of early buyers. Dallas Developement Company HOTEL GAIL, DALLAS P. A.
